Major cities are filled with giant billboard advertisements that require a lot of space and are costly to maintain. The Gregory Project proposes the construction of billboard spaces that have interior areas designed for living. According to the project plans, the cost of maintaining the small homes would be minimal and would be partially paid by the companies who rent the advertising space on the exterior. "Partner reciprocity is focused toward firms and investors which would participate in realization or long-term rental of involved advertising space," explains DesignDevelop. "The added value lies in an option to present one`s company towards its peers as a place of social consciousness."
The interior is layed out in a triangular shape based on the shape of the billboard. The floorplan includes a small living area, a kitchen that runs along one wall, a small office area with two chairs facing out one of the two windows, a functioning bathroom, and a short staircase that serves both as storage as well as access to the bed.
