Former teacher Mary Beth Haglin was fired after a sexual relationship with her 17-year-old student was revealed. The 23-year-old Haglin says the teen boy seduced her by being a sophisticated smooth-talker.
During her recent sit-down with Dr. Phil, she brought up one complex and refined love note that the student sent her, which reads, "I love the way you smell like pizza, it drives me crazy wanting a piece of the crust." Haglin was also working as a waitress at the time.
Haglin previously made headlines for praising his elaborate and multifaceted post-it notes. An example: "I love you so much, my empress."
In her appearance on Dr. Phil, Haglin says she is the victim and that the student (with whom she had sex daily for six months, which is absolutely against the law) is the "psychological perpetrator" and has "burned her life to the ground."
She claims that after losing her job, she "had to" start working as a stripper. Well, okay. I`m gonna go bang my head against the nearest desk.
