Justin Bieber Delivers on Barack Obama Promise Payton Wall, that he “knows Justin” and that he would help arrange a meeting with the two. Last month, President Obama met a young girl who lost her family in the attacks on September 11, 2001. He then made a promise to the fan that he could arrange a meeting with her idol, Justin Bieber. The President called up Justin and set the plans in motion for the fan meeting.

Payton Wall commented that she was more nervous about meeting Justin than she was with meeting the President. “He was really nice and is so cute,” said Avery. “He didn’t even look real.”The teen got to hug the pop star with her sister, Avery, 12, and best friend Madison Robertson, 14, who also lost her father, Don, on 9/11. The girls’ fathers, Cantor Fitzgerald executives Glen James Wall and Donny Robertson, were killed in the Twin Towers on 9/11
