Man responds when doctors tell him 'It's diet or death' (11 pics)

At his heaviest Steven Goodwin, 39, weighed 420 lbs after years of living on a diet of takeaways and microwave meals. In 2011, he was rushed to hospital when he collapsed and doctors told him that he needed to start losing weight immediately if he wanted to live. It was only when he saw the reaction of his parents to the news that Steven decided to fight for his life.
