Both of them live in the same appartment, the dude in white pull over lives on the 31st floor, and the victim lives on the 32nd floor. The victim has been renovating his home in early mornings for several days. the man is very upset because of the noise from his neighbour. So by chance both of them meet in the elevator and the incident happens. Watch the video....

Well, honestly, my neighbour is fixing his house while I'm sleeping, If I met him in the elevator, I would have beaten him too LOL...I know that sounds wrong but yeah..I wouldnt beat him this bad ;))
