Taiwanese student Charmian Chen was caught short when a cheeky monkey delved into her cleavage looking for some corn which had fallen down her top - and now she is a star.

The 22-year-old was feeding the animals at the Sacred Monkey Forest Ubud, in Bali when the macaques struck.

Assisted by his partner in crime, the long-tailed primate went all out to get to the hidden food and despite Chen's best efforts to keep covered-up, she came a little unstuck.

And Charmian's friend, who was holidaying with the young model on the tropical Indonesian island at the time, managed to catch the embarrassing ordeal on camera.

But unbeknown to Charmian, who had put the wardrobe malfunction behind her and continued on with her holiday, she had made headlines back in Taiwan.

She said: 'I was on holiday and at first the pictures were just funny, but when I got back to Taiwan I had all these people trying to add me as friends on Facebook.

'I thought "that's a bit strange", and then one of them said they'd seen the pictures and I was really surprised, the next thing I knew I had TV stations ringing me.'

But Chen warned that the macaques' behaviour may not be as innocent as we would have been led to believe.

She added: 'I think when they took my top down it was because of the corn but the park staff warn visitors that bright bikinis worn under dresses do attract the monkeys.
