Hu Yunxing is only four years old but her stomach has swollen to an astonishing 1.06 metres in circumference. Her abdomen began swelling when she was eight months old and, despite appointments at different hospitals, her family are no closer to knowing the cause.

In desperation, her father Hu Tianpeng, posted his daughter's photos and story on the internet and next week he and Hu will travel from their home in Yuncheng, Shanxi province of China, to the capital city Beijing's Hospital.

Let's hope the cause of Hu Yunxing's misery can be diagnosed - and treated.

Lately there are too many sad stories like this one. People with neurofibromatosis (a disease that causes the nerve tissue growing tumors) are so unfortunate. Their faces and other parts of the body with deformities make their life so difficult. This woman you will see inside this post is from Thailand. Her picture was taken by one man “from the hip” as he walked by. I think this picture should help us understand that sometimes life is too cruel for some people.

Check out the Indian Anti-Smoking Campaign (2009 Tak Nak Campaign). I'm not sure yet if it is in India or Malaysia, they speak English and I see there are Indian women who is a dotor, but there are Chinese and Philipino as well ....confusing....However, this is why those cigarette boxes printed with those ugly pictures, they are to remind you  smoking can cause lung cancer, other diseases. I found it a little disturbing with some images but it is true though.
