Supposedly the marine who was in the car in front of the filmer caused the accident by hitting his breaks multiple times. Then when a minor fender bender occurred the United States Marine flips out on the driver of the truck and the passenger films the event.

In the end, the marine is arrested by Military Police and caused way more of a problem then was originally there.
