The world's most expensive £2k curry in London restaurant

While fast-food companies are throwing in recession-special menus to attract the masses, the classes are making no compromises with their taste buds. This time posh central London curry house Bombay Brasserie spices up its menu with the world’s most expensive curry, The Samundari Khazana, or Seafood Treasure, a mix of Beluga caviar, sea snails, a whole lobster and edible gold. It's just crazy , who would want to spend £2k ($3K) for a only a main course and you pay  $3K to enjoy max 10 minutes, isnt it worth? oh I dont count if it tastes not as good as they describe

 “The fish and seafood is marinated in chili and tamarind paste, then I’m going to slice truffle over the top to give it a nutty flavour.” said head Chef

The five tiny shavings of truffle cost £90, while the shimmering, edible gold covering parts is a staggering £1,000 for just 10g. The curry is accompanied by rice flavored with saffron, and is served with a glass of champagne for an sumptuous price tag of $3,281.
