Chinese father punishes his son on the street for stealing his money for game

The little boy steals his dad money and spends them all at the game shop. Dad comes to the shop and punishes the boy in front of people on the street. I dont know how much the boy steals from him but I dont think this is the right way to teach your child not to steal again....
