Getting a nicely brewed cup of coffee on your own is no big deal with the sophisticated coffee machines present in the market. But, what could be better than a computer controlled coffee machine that comes with a touch sensitive screen?  A project by Reko Maenpaa features a coffee maker, which is fitted with a Windows XP computer running on an Intel 500 MHz Pentium 3 processor. Everything was planned from the beginning and the machine produces coffee in less than half a minute. The innards of the computer boast an ATX motherboard and a GeForce MX 440 graphics card. The screen can be viewed on the WLAN connectivity over the TV, if the need arises. The coffee the coffee can even be ordered from the WAP mobile phone or a standard Web browser. The most notable thing in the whole project is the integrated 8-inch touch-sensitive screen. That’s one neat innovation and we would be more than happy to see the thing available for order in the near future. Check out the Computer controlled coffee maker in action by this video.
